Automated text ordering, included

Customers text. Your team keeps serving.

Customers text their order to the number you promote. The system follows your menu and opening rules, replies with a secure payment link, and the paid order reaches your team. It is part of the Deadly Hub plan, or available on its own.

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know.

What is Deadly Hub?

Deadly Hub gives hospitality businesses their own website with online ordering, table bookings, private hire enquiries, gift cards and promo codes, all managed from one dashboard. It is built and supported from Belfast.

Who is it for?

Takeaways, restaurants, cafes, food trucks, bistros and bars that want orders and bookings to come direct to them instead of through the delivery apps.

What plans are there?

Text Ordering is £49/month with no setup fee. Deadly Hub is £99/month plus setup and covers your website, ordering and bookings. Bookings Only is £79/month plus setup. Setup is currently £49 for a limited time, normally £199. All plans are monthly rolling, with no contract.

See full pricing →
When do I pay the setup fee?

Only when you are happy to go live. We build your system first, you check it, and the setup fee is charged once you approve it. Nothing to pay up front.

Do you take commission on orders?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee and orders come direct to you, commission-free. Your payment provider's normal card fees still apply.

Can customers order for delivery and collection?

Yes. You set your own menu, prices, opening hours, delivery areas and collection times. You can pause ordering or switch items off when you sell out.

Can I take table bookings and private hire enquiries?

Yes. Customers book a table online and you manage bookings from your dashboard. Private hire and event enquiries come in through their own form.

Are gift cards and promo codes included?

Yes. Sell gift cards online, redeem them against orders, and create single-use or multi-use promo codes with your own rules.

Will orders print in the kitchen?

Yes, orders can print automatically on a compatible kitchen printer. We confirm your printer model before setup.

What is the SMS add-on?

For £29/month on the Deadly Hub plan, the SMS add-on adds automated text ordering and the delivery driver helper, which texts your driver the delivery details with a planned route powered by Google Maps. Text messages are charged separately, based on how many you send.

How text ordering works →
Which payment providers can I use?

Use the provider you already have: Stripe, SumUp, Square or Dojo. Payments go straight to your own account, not through us. Tell us who you are with and we will confirm the setup for your account.

Do I need a tablet?

You need something to log in to your dashboard. It works on the phone, tablet or laptop you already have, so there is no need to buy new hardware to get started.

Is SEO included?

Yes. Every site is built so Google can read it properly, with page titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap set up for you.

How long does setup take and where are you based?

Setup time depends on your menu and what you need, and we agree it with you before we start. We are based in Belfast, work with venues across Northern Ireland, and are happy to hear from businesses further afield.

Do you offer a till for counter sales?

A counter till is currently in a limited pilot with selected venues. Ask us if you would like to know more.

Prefer to just talk?

Show us what you sell.

Share your menu link and tell us how you take orders and bookings now. We're based in Belfast and work with venues across Northern Ireland, and we're happy to hear from businesses further afield too.

Who's behind Deadly Hub →

No spam. We'll only use these details to talk about the system.
